1 Definitions

• User – a person visiting the website.
• Offer – an offer posted by the owner on the website.
• Personal data – information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person, for example: name, address, telephone number, date of birth, bank account details, IP address.
  
  2 General provisions
• The website superyachtsworld.com is operated by the owner.
• Purpose of the website: information about new products, offer of products without the possibility of purchase via the website.
• The User is obliged to use the website in a manner consistent with these Regulations, applicable law, general principles of using the Internet and the purposes of creating the website, in particular in a way that does not violate the rights of third parties and the rights of the owner.
• If it is found that the User violates point 3 or the actions described in point 3 are allowed, the owner has the right to take all actions leading to the repair of the damage suffered in this connection.

• The owner, who is the administrator of personal data, acts in accordance with applicable regulations and cares about the protection of personal data of users.

Access to personal data is only granted to employees of the owner for the purposes listed above. Owner’s employees are trained with respect to security and personal data protection practices.
